Return & Refund Policy
All returns, exchanges, and store credit requests are subject to the terms below. Please read them in full before placing an order. To start any return, contact support@bdsmauthority.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Window)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact support@bdsmauthority.com within the 30-day window to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
- Approved returns may be resolved as a money refund, an exchange, or store credit, at the customer's choice.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, exchanges, and store credit.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Approved returns must be shipped prepaid; COD shipments will be refused.
- Money refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Returns of Non-Defective Items
- Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days if they are new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Only)
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@bdsmauthority.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the packaging and product, and a short description of the issue.
- Damaged or defective items are resolved by replacement only. We do not issue money refunds for damage claims.
- For approved damage claims, BDSM Authority covers the cost of the replacement and the return shipping. No restocking fee applies to damage replacements.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no cost.
- After 24 hours, a restocking fee applies, because the order has already entered processing.
- To request a cancellation, email support@bdsmauthority.com or call (888) 878-6168 during business hours.
Discreet Handling
- All returns and replacements are handled with the same discretion as shipments. Your billing statement reflects only "BDSM Authority" with no product details.
