Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact support@bdsmauthority.com within the 14-day window to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
- Approved returns must be shipped prepaid; COD shipments will be refused.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@bdsmauthority.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the packaging and product, and a short description of the issue for faster resolution.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement or credit.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no additional cost.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a small restocking fee to cover administrative costs.
